This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchen corner that has everything you could need, from utensils to mugs and cups. The attention to detail is impressive, making it a comfortable and convenient stay.

The fully equipped room at Smartments Business was perfect for our multiple-night stay. The kitchenette had all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with a big public transport stop nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The room temperature was quite warm, even with the window open, and the nearby road noise made it difficult for light sleepers to have a restful night. Additionally, the location next to an unlit alley made me feel a bit uneasy as a solo female traveler.

The check-in process was smooth and convenient with the tablet at reception. the room was spacious and had ample storage space for my belongings. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing me to cook my own meals. the location was ideal, with easy access to the train station and tram, making it convenient to explore the city.
The shower pressure was a bit low, which made it less enjoyable. the loud music from the nearby restaurant could potentially be bothersome, especially if you needed to keep the window open.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially a young woman who gave us guidance on using the public transport. The location was convenient, as it was close to the S-Bahn and tram stops. It only took us about 20 minutes to reach the hotel from the central station.
